Grammy-award-winning superstar and record producer Metro Boomin has been sued for alleged sexual assault by Vanessa LeMaistre, who claims she knew and trusted him before he raped her in 2016.
According to obtained court docs filed on Tuesday the 29th of October, Vanessa claims she was suffering from depression after the death of her 9-month-old son at the time, but hit it off with Metro during a getaway trip to Vegas in the spring of that year.
According to the new lawsuit, the rapper invited the accuser to his studio to hang back in Los Angeles, where she says she observed him abusing codeine, even against the warnings of his friends.
Vanessa says in September 2016, to cope with the sadness over her son’s passing weighing heavy on her mind, she took half of a Xanax pill with a shot of alcohol which led her to black out on the couch in Metro Boomin ‘s studio.
Vanessa claims she eventually regained consciousness in a bed — with Metro on top of her allegedly raping her and performing oral sex on her. After allegedly blacking out and waking again, Vanessa says Metro appeared and informed her she was inside a Beverly Hills hotel room and it was time to leave … she says she has no memory of how she got there.
She says she later learned of a pregnancy after the rape incident and claims she terminated it in November 2016.
According to Vanessa in her lawsuit, she believes Metro in his ‘Rap Save Me’ song featuring 21 Savage, Offset and Quavo joked about her trauma.
She’s currently seeking unspecified damages for mental pain and anguish … plus punitive damages according to a TMZ report.
