As they earn incentives, Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour employees nearly “pass out” and start crying.

According to People, the 36-year-old megastar gave a share of $197 million to each participant in her record-breaking tour as a token of appreciation for their contribution to the success of the 149 events.

Additionally, audiences witnessed the responses to the bonuses in an episode of her Disney+ documentary series The End of an Era.

As she wrote letters to her diligent crew, Taylor stated “Bonus day is so important, because setting a precedent with The Eras Tour is so important to me, because people who work on the road, if the tour grosses more, they get more of a bonus.”

There was a video of Max Holmes, the production assistant, opening his letter and nearly fainting when he discovered how much Taylor had given him.

Overwhelmed, he responded: “I’m gonna pass out.”

The singer of Fate of Ophelia, who earned over $2 billion from the journey, assembled her entourage and moved them to tears with her kindness.

The singer’s letter was read aloud by dancer Kameron Saunders: “Dearest Kam, we’ve travelled the world like we set out to do. We’ve dazzled the crowds, but we’ve missed family too. My full gratitude doesn’t come from a bank, but here’s [bleep] dollars just to say thanks. Love, Taylor.”

Taylor awarded her tour staff bonuses of $55 million in 2023.

According to People, the singer-songwriter gave monetary bonuses to her diligent tour team, which included dancers, riggers, sound specialists, and caterers.

Taylor reportedly gave each of her tour truck drivers a $100,000 bonus earlier this year, according to TMZ.

She gave the truckers who transported her equipment across the United States the six-figure bonuses.

She reportedly paid $5 million in bonuses to just 50 truck drivers who were part of the tour.
