Mariah Carey has treated her fans with The Type Dangerous remix EP, which features contributions from Method Man, Big Sean, DJ Snake, and Brazilian singer Luísa Sonza.
The iconic diva announced the brief but endearing song list on Friday, July 11 on X, formerly Twitter. “The Remixes of Type Dangerous 🔥 Are Now Available! Before the EP was made available on Spotify, she wrote, “Which one is your favourite?
According to Billboard, all of these songs are remixes of “Type Dangerous,” the lead single from Carey’s 16th studio album, which has not yet been given a title. Additionally, she has hinted that “Type Dangerous,” which was published on June 6, is merely the first of multiple singles that will be played in the upcoming weeks.
In addition to her forthcoming album’s expected “Mariah ballads,” the “Vision of Love” singer hinted that a “summery single” would be released shortly. “11, or possibly 12” tracks will be included on the new album, which has not yet been released. It is the singer’s first album since Caution, which was released in 2018.
Mariah Carey, meanwhile, recently made waves when she responded bluntly to a query on the notorious June wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez in Venice, Italy.
When questioned about her thoughts on the wedding by an off-camera journalist on July 7, Carey replied, “I wasn’t there.”
Mariah Carey declined to cause up controversy over the contentious wedding, despite her shady queen response. “Oh, don’t turn this into that,” Carey said abruptly as the off-camera reporter asked if she had been invited. She then turned to leave.
But Carey’s genuine honesty has fans swooning.
One admirer commented, “She’s always so diplomatic,” “People think she’s giving low-key attitude but she’s just being honest and straightforward.”
