Nigerian afrobeats superstar Wizkid has been announced as one of the performing artists for the prestigious Mawazine Festival scheduled to take place in Morocco in 2025.
Wizkid is set to thrill patrons with an electrifying performance at the 20th edition of the Mawazine Festival, scheduled to take place from June 20 to 28, 2025, in Rabat, Morocco.
The announcement of the singer as one of the festival’s performers shortly after the cancellation of his ‘Morayo’ North American tour.
Organised by the Maroc Cultures Association under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Mawazine is renowned as one of the world’s largest music festivals, drawing millions of attendees annually.
Other artists who will be performing alongside Wizkid include 50 Cent, Will Smith, Salif Keita and Kid Cudi. More performers will be announced soon.
