Many first discovered Kaesa through her music or digital content, but her story starts much earlier. Before the spotlight, before the social media presence, there was a little girl in church with a big voice. That voice carried her to TV3’s Talented Kidz in 2012, a turning point she still remembers vividly.
What most people didn’t see on screen during that competition was the woman behind it all—Kaesa’s mother. She’s not just a supportive parent; she’s a visionary who recognized her daughter’s gift early on and committed to nurturing it. From helping her prepare for Talented Kidz to investing in vocal coaching, her mother played a huge role in laying the foundation for what Kaesa is building now.

But the creative encouragement didn’t stop there. Kaesa’s father and older sister, Daphne, were also key influences. Watching them embrace creativity and individuality gave her the freedom to be bold with her own path.
Kaesa may come across as soft-spoken and reserved online, but in real life, she’s a different kind of energy entirely. Animated, chatty, funny, and filled with random bursts of joy, Kaesa is the kind of person who surprises you—in the best way. While her content might paint her as calm and reflective (which she is), her true self includes a lively, humorous side that only shows up when she’s comfortable. And she’s very much okay with that duality.
The world of content creation and online scrutiny can test even the closest relationships. Kaesa doesn’t shy away from that reality. She talks openly about the emotional toll of online negativity, especially when it affects someone you love. As the older sibling, she naturally feels protective. “It’s definitely not easy,” she says. “I think people forget we’re real humans behind the screen, and when it’s someone you love like your sister it hits even harder.”

She’s learned, however, that being there doesn’t always mean stepping in.
Juggling music, content creation, and influencing has been intense but she’s also picked up a thing or two about time management and prioritizing what truly matters. Her work ethic is clear, but it’s balanced with an understanding of self and boundaries that most young creatives struggle to master.
If you’re just getting to know her music, the discography might be short—but it’s deliberate. Her debut single “Wonderful” dropped in late 2023, followed by “Be Mine” in August 2024. “On God” came later that year, a bolder, more affirming sound. Her most recent song “I Don’t Think I Love You,” has quickly resonated with listeners across platforms. That song, with its gentle yet unflinching honesty, captures something so many people struggle to articulate. For Kaesa, it was about acknowledging the moment love feels forced, and the quiet power in choosing to walk away.
But beyond the music and family stories, there’s also a lighter side to Kaesa. Ask her for a fun fact and she’ll casually admit she likes looking at people’s toes. Yes, toes. And she means it.
Her star is rising fast, but Kaesa seems to be moving with intention. She’s not rushing to flood the market with music just for attention. Instead, she’s focused on telling honest stories, collaborating with the right people, and staying connected to the community that first embraced her.
