JAY-Z Joins Alicia Keys for “Empire State of Mind” Performance at Tony Awards

The Tony Awards 2024 organized to honour exceptional accomplishments in theater was held at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City, with a glittering celebration of Broadway’s best.

Jay-Z and Alicia Keys peform “Empire State of Mind”

JAY-Z gave his second performance at the Tony Awards in less than a week.  Hov sang his 2009 New York “Empire State of Mind” rendition alongside Alicia Keys. The Tony-nominated musical Hell’s Kitchen, which is based on Alicia Keys’s neighbourhood, was performed in partnership with her.
