Ghanaian afrobeat and R&B songstress Gyakie has released her much anticipated ‘After Midnight’ studio album, marking a historic moment in her career.
Gyakie’s transformation from a talented young musician to a worldwide celebrity is depicted in the 12-track project, which was debuted with a cinematic video helmed by Alex Piper.
Powerhouse collaborations with Young Jonn, 6LACK, Shatta Wale, Omar Sterling, Headie One, and Kojey Radical are featured on “AFTER MIDNIGHT,” which combines soulful melodies with Afrobeats and R&B influences.
“AFTER MIDNIGHT,” which is positioned as her most defining body of work, establishes Gyakie’s voice as one of the most emotionally potent and resonant in Africa today.
