In his most recent attempt to gain freedom, Sean “Diddy” Combs was denied bail.
Judge Arun Subramanian in a letter issued on the bail denial said ”“Combs fails to satisfy his burden to demonstrate an entitlement to release.”
The ruling follows Diddy’s defence team’s 62-page plea to the court requesting his release prior to his October 3 sentencing.
The Bad Boy founder was found guilty on two counts of transporting someone to engage in prostitution by a jury, but he was exonerated of the more serious accusations of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.
The mogul’s legal team filed applications to have the guilty convictions reversed and referred to the conviction as “constitutionally flawed” in tandem with their efforts to obtain bail.
