Nigerian Afrobeats singer and songwriter Davido is hitting the road this year for a globe-spanning world tour.

The Grammy-Nominated musician announced the forthcoming tour via a post shared on his official social media platforms. The tour is in support of his new studio album ‘5IVE’, which was released this month.

Davido will kickstart the trek at Inglewood’s The Forum on the 7th of May and make stops in major cities including San Francisco, Irvin, Houston, Denver, Minneapolis, Toronto, Laval, New York, etc before wrapping up on the 20th of November at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena.

General on sale tickets have been scheduled to go live on Friday [May 2]. The forthcoming and much anticipated tour is promoted and produced by Live Nation.

‘5IVE’, the singer’s new album, which serves as a follow-up to his ‘Timeless’ LP arrived on 18th April after several release date pushbacks. The project is carved out of versatility and creativity as it features collaborations from top musicians including Becky G, Victoria Monet, Chris Brown, Musa Keys, Odumodou Blvk, Omah Lay, etc.
