American legendary rock band Brigitte Calls Me Baby (BCMB) has unveiled their much-anticipated full-length studio album, ‘The Future Is Our Way Out’.
Dropped on Friday the 2nd of August 2024, the Chicago band beautifully merge sultry vocals and sophisticated songwriting skills for the project.
Drawing from pop culture, classic movies and cinema, French fashion and movies, ‘The Future Is Our Way Out’ offers up a timeless sound whilst managing to embrace and evolve modern indie rock.
While maintaining their unique rock style and showcasing their lyrical prowess, BCMB combines smart, sophisticated post-punk with mid-century pop and crooning vocals.
The album is out on CD and clear vinyl via ATO Records. Following a successful release, they will be performing at the ongoing Lollapalooza which kickstarted on Thursday the 1st of August. Patrons in Chicago will be entertained with live performances of the songs on the new album.
According to an official statement, fans and music lovers who purchase the special Electric Fetus black and red splatter version of The Future Is Our Way Out will have a pass to their forthcoming private event at Minnesota’s record store Electric Fetus MPLS on the 6th of September this year.
