After teasing fans for a very long period, Travis Scott has finally released ‘Jackboys 2’, a 17-track sequel to his 2019 “JACKBOYS” compilation, which was announced on Instagram on Thursday.
The album, which is narrated by Houston rapper Bun B, has collaborations with musicians including NBA YoungBoy, Future, and Playboi Carti in addition to well-known songs like “2000 Excursion” and “ILMB” with Sheck Wes. The song “CHAMPAIN & VACAY” on the album also seems to be a reaction to Pusha T’s diss. “Made a 100 off pushin’ T, mow my phone on DND,” Travis boasts.
Compared to its 7-track predecessor from 2019, which featured the songs “GATTI,” “HIGHEST IN THE ROOM,” and “OUT WEST,” the 17-track project has a greater impact.
Travis has also revealed new JACKBOYS 2 merchandise, such as co-branded short and long-sleeved t-shirts with ski mask artwork and artist lists, in conjunction with the album’s release. The JACKBOYS 2 merch capsule, which was released prior to the collection, is currently accessible on the JACKBOYS webstore.
