Rapper Sexxy Red has tipped Billboard’s 2nd Greatest Pop Star of the 21st Century Taylor Swift for a collaboration.

Appearing on Summer Walker’s inaugural ‘Over It Radio’ show on Apple Music as a guest, Red said she wants to hop on a song with Swift while discussing the ‘Fortnight’ hitmaker.

Sexxy was answering a question put to her by Walker about her reaction to Taylor using her GloRilla collaboration “Whatchu Kno About Me” in a recent TikTok when she wished for the collaboration.

””It was crazy because the night before that, me and my peoples, we was just saying like, ‘You should do a song with Taylor Swift. I’m like, I will do a song with Taylor Swift,'” Sexy said around the 15-minute mark of the video below.

She continued “I be into all kind of crazy shit. Like, people y’all probably wouldn’t think I would work with, I be straight bumping that music or I fuck with them. Like, ‘Hell yeah, that’s some other kind of shit. … So I was like in shock when I seen it. Like, ‘Aw, Taylor know me?’ Okay, what’s up, Taylor?”

Sexxy believes she and Taylor could ”put some shit together” as she is ”versatile” and Swift could rap.

The “No Love” singer also mentioned Sexyy covering Fun’s “We Are Young” in concert, with the rapper sharing her nostalgia for when she first heard the Grammy-winning song.

“That’s my shit,” she said about the song. “I know that shit word for word. Like, back in the day when I used to get ready for school, 6 in the morning … y’all know how y’all turn the TV on all them songs be on and stuff. I’d be getting ready to all that shit.”

Wrapping up, the duo shared a hilarious humming rendition of another one of Sexyy’s indie rock favorites, Owl City’s “Fireflies.”
