Nigerian rapper and YBNL boss Olamide has sent fans into a frenzy with the announcement of a self-titled album ‘Olamide.’
The rapper is returning with his 11th album a year after the release of his ‘Carpi Diem’ LP in June 2024, an album that not only stood out in his illustrious career but also broke numerous records and reaffirmed his place at the top of the Nigerian music scene.
The announcement of the highly anticipated project comes shortly after the release of its lead single ‘Kai’ featuring Wizkid- a collaboration that has already generated significant buzz.
Scheduled for release on June 9, the LP houses 17 tracks- his longest project since “Lagos Nawa,” which dropped in 2017.
With the forthcoming release Olamide is set to add yet another masterpiece to a discography that continues to showcase his evolution, versatility, and impact on the Afrobeats and hip-hop scenes.
