Mama’s Burst Out, a groundbreaking podcast dedicated to creating a safe space for women to share their stories, experiences, and journeys, is officially live! Hosted by Manuela Eno Scheppelmann, a former Ghana Most Beautiful contestant and multifaceted entrepreneur, the podcast aims to inspire, uplift, and empower women from all walks of life.
The podcast, which debuted its first episode on YouTube, delves into candid conversations about motherhood, career challenges, relationships, and personal growth. It provides a platform for women to connect, learn, and find solace in the shared experiences of others. From navigating the pressures of societal expectations to celebrating personal triumphs, Mama’s Burst Out is a beacon of hope and encouragement for women everywhere.
Eno, a seasoned entrepreneur who is the managing director of Famcare Medical Consult brings her unique life experiences to the table. From her days as a pageant contestant to her current roles as a businesswoman and mother, she has learned the importance of self-discovery, resilience, and community.
Reflecting on her time in pageantry, she shared, “Ghana Most Beautiful was an eye-opener for me. It taught me the value of intellect, creativity, and knowing who you are. But beyond the glitz and glamour, I realized that life is about finding your purpose and using your voice to inspire others.”
Mama’s Burst Out will feature inspiring stories from women of all ages and backgrounds. From single mothers who have overcome adversity to couples celebrating decades of marriage, the podcast will highlight the resilience and strength of women. Topics will range from body positivity and self-confidence to career development and parenting.
The podcast is part of a larger initiative that includes the She Rises mentorship program for young girls and the annual Mama’s Stay Out event, a three-day retreat designed to give mothers a well-deserved break from their daily routines.
In the next five years, Mama’s Burst Out aims to become a global platform for women to share their stories and inspire others. The host envisions a community where women feel empowered to embrace their journeys, celebrate their successes, and support one another through life’s challenges.
“I see Mama’s Burst Out as a movement,” she said. “A movement that will help women regain their confidence, find their voices, and realize that they are not alone in their struggles. Together, we can create a world where every woman feels seen, heard, and valued.”
