Lil Durk Accused of Putting Bounties on Six People

By

A confidential witness has accused Lil Durk of placing bounties on six other people in order to have them killed.

The prosecution in the Chicago rapper’s case addressed a motion submitted by Durk’s legal team about the suppression of specific evidence during the trial on Monday, October 27. According to a confidential source cited in the response, Durk, whose real name is Durk Banks, placed hits on Quando Rondo and six other individuals following King Von’s death in November 2020.

“The affidavit further disclosed that CW-1 knew that defendant Banks placed other monetary bounties for the murder of people with whom defendant Banks was feuding, including six other individuals,” the filing reads. “The affidavit also listed significant evidence corroborating CW-1’s account of defendant Banks’ involvement in S.R.’s murder,” with S.R. being a reference to Quando Rondo’s cousin, Saviay’a Robinson.

Despite Durk’s legal team’s opposition, the court filings also show that the feds had examined Durk’s social media and iCloud accounts and do not intend to utilise anything they found during the trial, which might be interpreted as a victory for the rapper.

Lil Durk is accused of murder for hire in relation to the 2022 murder of Saviay’a Robinson, Quando Rondo’s cousin. In vengeance for King Von’s death, Durk allegedly bribed five men to come to California and kill Quando Rondo. Instead, during the attempt, Robinson was shot and killed.

Durk has insisted that he is innocent. The start of his trial is set for January 6, 2026.
