BNXN Unveils Sophomore Album ‘Captain’

Nigerian afrobeats singer and songwriter BNXN, formerly Buju has unveiled his sophomore studio album ‘Captain’, marking a new era in his musical journey and artistry.

Showcasing his growth and artistry, BNXN blends afrofusion with several sounds for the 16-track project.

‘Captain’ is carved out of creativity, artistry and talent as it features collaborations from top musicians including Seyi Vibez, Victony, FOLA, Rema, and the Soweto Gospel Choir.

Within just 24 hours of its release, “CAPTAIN” soared to #1 on Nigeria’s Apple Music Top Albums. With its bold production and emotional honesty, “CAPTAIN” lands BNXN firmly at the helm of Afro‑fusion—and the charts—as he invites listeners aboard his evolving musical voyage.
