Ghanaian rapper and songwriter Kofi Bonsrah has released his latest single, “Bakka,” a vibrant fusion of Afrobeats and Amapiano that celebrates the allure of beauty and the joy of admiration. The single, which features KayNu, Nnandi, and Kwame Ye, is the fifth track off Bonsrah’s forthcoming EP titled Love Diary.
Released under his own imprint, Game Reserve Records, “Bakka” highlights Kofi Bonsrah’s playful lyricism and charismatic delivery over infectious, dance-ready rhythms. Laced with pulsating log drums and sensual melodies, the track is a catchy ode to the beauty of women—particularly their curves—and the admiration they inspire.

Speaking on the inspiration behind the track, Kofi shares: “There’s beauty all around us, and we must learn to be appreciative of it.”
This marks Kofi Bonsrah’s second release from the Love Diary EP, following the earlier drop of “Iroko,” which is also available on all streaming platforms. Both singles are accompanied by music videos, now live on YouTube.

After taking a break from music to focus on education, Kofi Bonsrah returns with renewed energy and a mission to serve fans a unique blend of lyrical storytelling and African sonic flavors. “Bakka” was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Unkle Beats, further showcasing the cohesive sound and quality fans can expect from the full Love Diary EP, set for release in July.
Stream “Bakka” and “Iroko” now on all digital platforms and stay tuned for more from Kofi Bonsrah.
